Quality - Overview of Warranties

Your new furniture has been manufactured to our exacting standards. We are so confident in our workmanship, construction and materials that we offer the following warranties:

FABRICS: No standard warranty exists for fabrics. Justice Furniture does, however, monitor fabric quality in-plant and buys only first-run fabrics from reputable mills. Please note mills do not recommend application of after-treatments such as spray-on fabric protectors on their fabrics.

FRAMES Lifetime of original purchaser.

SPRINGS Lifetime of original purchaser.

SEATING FOAM Lifetime of original purchaser.

SWIVEL ROCKER BASES 1 (One) Year.

SLEEPER MECHANISMS 3 (Three) Years.

RECLINER MECHANISMS 3 (Three) Years.

Problem Resolution

If you have a problem and the furniture is covered by one of the above warranties, simply notify the dealer from whom you purchased the furniture.

If the dealer is no longer in business, please contact us directly.

Please note the above warranties extend only to residential use. Also, any product modification by dealer or consumer, not authorized by Justice Furniture in writing, will void the warranty. Further, our furniture is not warranted against normal wear and tear or damages that result from improper use, accidents, abuse or neglect.

Justice Furniture agrees to repair any warranty problem, without charge, except for transportation costs. (Some local dealers may require a small charge for handling, depending upon the circumstances and the age of your furniture). We can normally pick up at the dealer's place of business for no charge and usually return the furniture within 10 (ten) weeks.
